Who are you when you’re alone?
Are you whom God can still call His own?
Who are you when nobody’s watching?
Are you among those who are tired of fighting?
You are not defined by what you display
Your true worth is not on what you have
Nor through the praises you want to hear
Deny yourself; On His Word you must adhere.
You are not defined by your outward beauty
Your true charm is mirrored by what’s inside
It’s through your kindness and humility,
That the Lord, your God, will be magnified.
You are not defined by your wealth
Nor the achievements that this world can give
The luxury of life is nothing but a fleeting one
Fix your eyes on Him, until He’ll say, “Well done…”
