I can’t let these false ideas stay.
Because somewhere out there, there is someone who wants to give up.
There is someone who chooses to be alone because he thinks he is not enough, and he thinks he can’t be the person they wanted him to become.
Right at this moment, there’s someone who can see an ugly face in the mirror, and her mind whispers the very soft lie that says ‘you are NOT loved.’
Just around the corner, there could be someone who is walking in the street crying with her head down as she bears the rejection she received.
You can never be the best, but you can be better than this.
You are beautiful You are loved. You are already accepted.
Other people’s words against you do not define who you are. Do not ever let those words play inside your mind like a music that keeps on repeating.
You are defined by the One who created you.
Let go of other people’s ideas – the expectations and standards they’ve set for you. You should not live with what others want you to believe about yourself.
Don’t be easily tossed and get discouraged with what others may think about you.
You are so consumed that it came to a point that their words became the words you want yourself to be described.
But what you think of yourself does not define who you are.
You are defined by your Creator.
Every time you entertain all the bad things that people say about you, it highlights your weaknesses and these heavy words become like a burden that blinds you from seeing the truth.
You are Special. God is molding you right now.
You are designed to live the fullness of life in the Hands of a God that sees you as beautiful. You are loved by the Lord.
You are a beautiful creation. (Genesis 1:26-27)
Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals,and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”
So God created mankind in his own image,
in the image of God he created them;
male and female he created them.
Before you were born, you are set apart. (Jeremiah 1:5)
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”
These are not lies.
What matters most is what God thinks about you, rather than what you are starting to believe about yourself.
